Bernard the Dog

Although not quite one year old, Bernard is already much bigger and stronger than Berenice. Yet, while the little girl is overjoyed at seeing how it snowed last night, Bernard is flustered by this cold white thing which he sees for the first time in his life. He might bark all he wants to express his fear and distrust, Bérénice will not listen. She leaps, slides and climbs and bursts into peals of laughter. And the avalanche rumbles… But the good thing is that Bernard can smell the danger!
